Loan to Value: Maximum 75% overall (including any interest roll)
Security: First charge on freehold or long leasehold (min 50 years remaining) residential property situated in England, Wales or Scotland. We will occasionally accept second charges only, subject to individual approval.
Loan Term: 1-18 months
Arrangement Fee: From 1% of the loan – this can be added to the loan.
Interest Rate: From 1% per month.
