Since its formation in 1977, Hampshire Trust has been providing property finance across a range of niche residential and commercial mortgage products. We currently offer short-term funding for residential bridging and residential and commercial development, as well as long-term commercial mortgages for a wide range of property types.
Our Property Department comprises a team of very experienced individuals who provide a highly personal and professional service. We play to our strengths; being a small bank, with all decisions made in-house, we are able to respond to applications with speed and to offer certainty, whilst at the same time adopting a flexible approach when considering our customer’s requirements.
