Development Finance Frequently Asked Questions

What’s your Maximum Loan To Value (LTV)?

Due to the current volatile market  our current maximum LTV is 50% for Development Finance, however we continue to keep our LTV under constant review and will consider a higher LTV if suitable collateral security is available.

Will you Lend on Flats?

Yes we will lend for flat construction, however this is very dependant on the location and number of units within the development. For more specific information, please talk to one of our underwriters on 01329 234294.

Can the interest be added to the loan?

We are more than happy for the interest to be added to the loan providing this can be accommodated within the Loan To Value.

What geographic locations do you lend in?

We currently lend in England and Wales for Development Finance.  We cannot lend on properties in Scotland, Northern Ireland or outside the United Kingdom.
