Property Development Finance Loan Terms

Property Development Loans from £100,000 to £1,000,000
6 – 18 month’s term
We lend in the Southern half of England
Up to 50% LTV*
First charge on freeholds or long leaseholds
Arrangement fee from 1%
Exit fee from 1% of sales/end value
Interest from 3% over Bank of England Bank rate, subject to a minimum pay rate of 9%
We are more than happy for the interest to roll providing this can be accommodated within the Loan To Value

*A higher LTV may be considered if suitable collateral security is available.
