Bridging Loan Frequently Asked Questions

What’s your Maximum Loan To Value (LTV)?

Due to the current volatile market  our current maximum LTV is 60% for Bridging Loans, however we continue to keep our LTV under constant review and will consider a higher LTV if suitable collateral security is available.

Can the interest be added to the loan?

We are more than happy for the interest to be added to the loan providing this can be accommodated within the Loan To Value.

What geographic locations do you lend in?

We currently lend in England, Wales and Scotland for Residential Bridging Finance.  We cannot lend on properties in Northern Ireland or outside the United Kingdom.
