Michael J Wilks
Managing Director
Michael Wilks is a solicitor who qualified with honours and was awarded the Sir Gordon Fowler Prize. He was a founding Director of the Bank in 1977 and appointed Managing Director in 1984 taking up those duties full time in 1989. He was formerly a partner in a large and long established Hampshire law practice.

Stephen M B Hunter
Deputy Managing Director
Stephen Hunter, a solicitor, joined the Bank in 1978 on being appointed a Non-executive Director. He was appointed Company Secretary and Executive Director in 1984 and in 1989 he was appointed Deputy Managing Director, prior to which he was the Managing Partner of the Hampshire law practice in which Michael Wilks was also a partner. |

John E Pakenham-Walsh
Finance Director
John Pakenham-Walsh (BSc (Hons) FCA) qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987. He joined the Bank in 1998 following 14 years with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), both in the United Kingdom and overseas. He has considerable experience in all aspects of the financial and accounting environment and has particular expertise in corporate recovery. |

Simon Atherton
Associate Director
Simon Atherton (BSc Hons ACIB) joined the Bank in 2004 as Operations Manager following a successful career as a Business Manager with LloydsTSB. Simon was appointed Associate Director in 2007 bringing a proactive and practical approach to the Bank's property lending activities. |

Andreas Loizides
Associate Director
Andreas Loizides, a solicitor, has worked almost exclusively as an in-house lawyer in the financial services sector since qualifying in 1987. Before joining the bank in 2005, Andreas gained regulatory experience at the Office of the Building Societies Ombudsman and has held senior positions at two building societies, including the UK’s third largest building society, the Portman, where he was Group Solicitor. He has extensive commercial and management experience, including setting up and running high volume litigation and conveyancing functions.
